Exactly as forecast, the weather today is wet and gloomy … even here in sunny Nelson!
After being on the go for the last three weeks, and with the bad weather forecast, we had made no plans for today. We declared it a rest day and took care of some washing. Very boring!
We had a very, VERY lazy day today. I think our Apple Watches thought we were dead, ha, ha. Bernie did at least go out of the house with Robin and Sandra for a quick trip to JB Hi-Fi. I was still finishing my late breakfast when they left, so I stayed in. ALL DAY! I did not step outside of the house for the entire day. Not even to hang washing out. It was too wet to hang washing on the line, it all went on the clothes airer.
After dinner it was time for the second round of The Tournament. The Aussies won both games of Bolivia to even the score at two games all. New Zealand won again at Jo with a win tonight to Sandra.
